AJ Injury Woe

The Wales international midfielder was substituted five minutes before half time with a hip injury in the Baggies 2-0 Carling Cup quarter final defeat to Arsenal and now faces a race against time to be ft for the local derby at Highfield Road on saturday.

“Andy's injury wasn’t from a challenge. His hip and back were sore before the game," Baggies boss Gary Megson told the clubs official website.

“He wanted to give it a go though but it started to seize up so he couldn’t carry on.”
