Saido Berahino could finally be on his way out of The Hawthorns after Albion agree a deal that could reach up to £15m with Stoke City.
It's believed Albion will receive around £10m for the former England Under-21 international, with a further £5m included as performance related add-ons.
Berahino has not played first team football since last September and has recently been sent to France on a fitness programme.
The striker has wanted to leave the club since Tottenham lodged a reported £23m 18 months ago, which was rejected by the club.
Berahino's form has dropped and has failed to name in any of Tony Pulis matchday squads recently.
The striker infamously refused to play for former chairman Jeremy Peace after Spurs' offer but released a personal statement back in November saying how he had been in 'turmoil' over the transfer saga.
Albion offered the striker three separate contract offers in a bid to resolve his future but Berahino refused to sign any new agreement and now looks set to move to the Potters.
