Albion quartet get more time off
West Brom manager Tony Mowbray has given four of his Hawthorns international stars an extra week's summer holiday. Slovenian Robert Koren, Welshman Jason Koumas, Senegal star Diomansy Kamara and Hungarian Zoltan Gera are not expected back in pre-season training until seven days after the rest of the squad return. All four rushed off for international duty following the Baggies' Championship play-off final defeat to Derby a month ago, and Mowbray feels the quartet need extra time to rest. He said: "I firmly believe all players should have at least a four-week break. They need time to mentally and physically recharge and these players were playing up until June 6."
