Albion will only accept offers in the region of £30m for in-demand striker Saido Berahino.
A host of England’s top clubs have been linked with the 20-year-old after the striker scored 14 goals in the Premier League last season.
Berahino has two years left on his contract at The Hawthorns with the club expected to open talks over a new deal this summer.
Baggies boss Tony Pulis is keen to build his team around Berahino after being impressed with the striker’s attitude since his arrival at the club.
The England Under-21 international has previously spoken about his ambition to play Champions League football.
However, in his most recent interview the Academy graduate revealed he was happy at The Hawthorns.
Injured Berahino is currently being assessed by Albion’s medical staff after returning from the European Under-21 Championships with a knee problem.
