The Baggies will kick off the 2017/18 campaign at The Hawthorns against Bournemouth.
Albion were given a home draw to start next season before travelling to Turf Moor to face Burnley.
Darren Fletcher will be making an early return to B71 when his Stoke side visit for the final fixture in August.
Travelling fans will then get to visit one of this season's new grounds when Albion face Brighton at The Amex on Saturtday 9 September.
Fans will get the chance to visit Wembley in November to face Spurs before seven games in December.
Over the festive period, Albion are at home on Boxing Day and on Saturday 30 December against Arsenal. The Baggies will kick off 2018 in London against West Ham.
The club's final home game of the season will be against Spurs on Saturday 5 May before visiting Crystal Palace to finish up.
