Albion waiting on Sherwood decision

The Baggies have had talks with the Spurs midfielder, who is also being linked with a move to first division promotion hopefuls Portsmouth.

"We had lengthy talks with Tim and his representatives last week," said Baggies chief executive Brendon Batson.

"He is very much aware we cannot wait much longer for a decision," he added.
