Albion will kick off the 2019/2020 season in front of the TV cameras at Nottingham Forest.
In a repeat of last season's first away fixture, Albion will make the short journey to the East Midlands in Slaven Billic's first game in charge.
Billic's first game in charge of Albion will be at The Hawthorns when Millwall visit. A trip to newly promoted Luton is followed Reading at home, Derby away and then Tony Mowbray returning to The Hawthorns at the end of August.
The Baggies' first local derby against Blues will be in mid-December with Albion away on Boxing Day at Barnsley, before a New Year's Day clash with Leeds at The Hawthorns.
The final away game of the season will be at Huddersfield with the Baggies finishing up the league campaign at home with QPR the visitors.
