Two away matches then follow with games against Cardiff City on Tuesday 8th August and Southampton on Saturday, 12th August.
The first Black Country derby against Wolves will be held at The Hawthorns on Saturday, 21st October with the reverse fixture at The Molineux on 10th March 2007.
Over the Festive period West Brom will play Preston at The Hawthorns on Boxing Day and newly promoted Southend Utd at Roots Hall on New Years Day.
The 2006-07 season finishes with a home game against another promoted side, Barnsley on Sunday, 6th May.
