Former Arsenal defender Kyle Bartley has signed for Albion on a three-year deal from Swansea City.
The 27-year-old, who impressed last season on loan at Leeds United, joins Albion for an undisclosed fee.
He becomes Darren Moore's second signing of summer and boosts Albion's defensive ranks after the departures of Jonny Evans and Gareth McAuley.
“After speaking with Darren I knew this was the place I wanted to be be," he said.
"He let me know his ideas for the season and the next few years, his ambitions for the club and he told me about the fan base and the facilities. I’m hoping to be involved quickly.”
