Albion goalkeeper Ben Foster has set his sights on finishing his career at The Hawthorns – despite being only 29 years old.
Foster signed a permanent deal at the Club a few weeks ago committing his future to Albion until 2017.
But the former England international has set his sights on ending his playing days in the Black Country insisting he doesn’t want to be anywhere else.
“This will hopefully be my last move,” said the former Manchester United man.
“I have no interest in moving south or up north.
“I’m from this area, the kids are going to be settling into their schools soon so we need to get them registered.
“My wife loves the area too
“That’s a big thing for me and these are things people don’t see - they just see the footballer and no more.
“There is a lot more to us, we have families and it’s important they’re settled and happy.”
He continued: “I knew I wanted to be a West Brom player and I knew that Birmingham were in a position where they had to sell me.
“And I didn’t really want to move anywhere else.”
