Albion are waiting on the results of scans for injured trio Jonny Evans, Craig Dawson and Gareth Barry.
All three were forced from the field as Albion were beaten 1-0 at St. Mary's.
Evans has pulled a groin and Gareth Barry felt discomfort in his back. Craig Dawson also left the stadium on crutches with a leg injury.
The three are all now doubts for Saturday's visit of Manchester City and could join Hal Robson-Kanu, James Morrison and Oliver Burke in the treatment room.
"Craig's problem is the one that concerns me most," said Baggies boss Tony Pulis.
"His knee was locked but we're not sure whether that's from a kick or something muscular.
"We know for sure that Craig wouldn't come off unless he was in trouble.
"Jonny felt his groin but hopefully that will not prove too serious and we have got to it in time."
