Albion took the lead in the 12th minute when Dwight Gayle marked his comeback with goal. But Albion were pegged back 8 minutes from time.
A win for the Throstles would've moved them above Norwich and into the automatic promotion places. Now they stay three points behind the Canaries and into fourth.
"It's hard to take, I thought we played very well," said the centre half.
"It was a great performance, we were disappointed not to come away with three points.
"I thought we were the better side but unfortunately I feel it was probably two points dropped, but it was a great performance and we take that into the next game."
