Dichio trains with youth team

Dichio was placed on the transfer list last month after falling out of the Baggies first-team reckoning and Megson told him that the fact he still lived close to London was one of the main factors in him being listed.

The former Sunderland frontman said: "I've had absolutely no discussions with West Brom on this matter and I have not spoken to the first team manager for two and a half weeks now.

"The main reason why we haven't spoken is that I'm no longer training with his group and instead I've been told to train with the young pros at the club.

"All I can do is keep my nose clean and keep a smile on my face. I'll train hard and try to get as fit as I can, for when an opportunity arises for me to move on."
