Duke Bid Confirmed

Manager Bryan Robson expects to find out before this weekend whether or not the bid has been accepted for the 24-year-old srtiker, who still has 12 months left of his contract at the JJB.

"We have put in a bid for Nathan and we're awaiting a reply," said Robson.

"Nathan is a great athlete, very strong and quick and has a good goalscoring record.

"That's the reason we have put the offer in. I don't want to say anything further at this stage because he is not our player and I haven't spoken to the lad yet."
