West Brom midfielder Jason Koumas has been fined for the third time for failing to report for pre-season training. The Wales international wants to leave The Hawthorns during the summer and is refusing to link-up with his Baggies team-mates. Cardiff City is Koumas' favoured destination after spending last season on loan at the Championship outfit but the two clubs have been unable to agree a fee. Koumas has already been fined twice for failing to turn up to training and West Brom manager Bryan Robson has warned the 26-year-old he will continue to be disciplined until he shows his face.
