Team
Tony Pulis made three changes with Chris Brunt back at left back. Sandro and Sessegnon were back in the midfield.
Tactis
Albion continued with Berahino supporting Rondon in attack. Brunt returned at left back with Chester swapped over to the right.
Performance
It was another below par show from the Baggies as Pulis' tactics again hindered Albion. Long balls forward. No attacking flair. No creativty. No FA Cup for Albion.
Man of the Match
Captain Darren Fletcher did his best to drive Albion forward. The midfielder ran his heart out in the middle but tired as the game went on. Provided Albion's only real quality moment when he turned in the box and fired home.
Talking Point
Forget Albion's exit. The real talking point came after the final whistle. Some idiot chucked a coin at former club captain Chris Brunt. He was furious, and so were Albion fans who turned on each other.
What next?
Albion host Pulis' former team Crystal Palace. Another defeat and poor performance and Pulis can expect the heat to be turned up again by the home crowds.
