Marshall's Albion days are over

Marshall, who has played just five games for Albion since his move from Leicester last summer, has been told by manager Gary Megson that he will never play for the first team again.

"I was devastated when he told me that I would never play for Albion again," he said.

"That's the last thing I wanted, but it looks like that's what is going to happen.

"He has not said a word to me in five months and I have been left to train with the kids. I just want to go out on loan or get a move."
