Megson: Sending Off Was Harsh
Last updated : 17 January 2004 By Mad Reporter
Hulse was given a red card by the Durham official for a rash challenge on Burnley defender Mark McGregor just 30 minutes into the game at Turf Moor.
"Considering the circumstances it was a good point for us," the Baggies boss said after the 1-1 draw.
"We looked solid even with ten men and I thought the sending off was harsh for it was no more than a typical centre forward's challenge."
