Darren Moore hopes there a flurry of similar players to in-demand Sam Johnstone after completing his first signing as Baggies boss.
Johnstone has signed a four-year contract at The Hawthorns after he impressed last season whilst at neighbours Aston Villa.
The 25-year-old is eager to establish himself at The Hawthorns and Moore hopes to attract similar players who want to realise their ambitions with the Baggies.
"Sam is young and determined to be the best keeper he can possibly be - he's hungry to do that with us at Albion," he said.
"We've had him targeted from the outset and we're all delighted to have him on board.
"He buys into exactly what we are trying to achieve and will hopefully represent the shape of things to come."
