James Morrison insists Albion head to Manchester United on Sunday full of confidence.
Albion have hit ten goals, conceded once and earned nine points in the last three games after victories against Wolves, Sunderland and Chelsea.
The Baggies were the only club to take points off United at Old Trafford last season and Morrison believes there’s no reason why they can’t achieve the same feat this year after hitting a purple patch.
“We drew 2-2 there last season,” said the former Middlesbrough man.
"I think that win at Old Trafford is overdue now and there is an opportunity on Sunday.
"We definitely go there with a spring in our step after last Saturday - and that came on the back of the Sunderland result.
"There is no better time for us to play Manchester United really.
"The lads are high on confidence, the crowd is behind us.
"They had a game last night so we've got to be full of energy and give them a game.
"Hopefully we'll get a bit of luck because you need it when you go to Old Trafford.
"There have been a few hoodoos go recently against Stoke and Chelsea.
"So, with our away record, we have to be confident, go and enjoy it and do what we've been doing, which is not letting teams settle, playing our game and being solid."
Meanwhile, Steven Reid has been ruled out for the rest of the season after scans revealed the defender has ruptured ankle ligaments. It’s hoped Reid will return to training ahead of pre-season training next season.
