Youssouf Mulumbu’s agent, Doug Pingisi, this morning revealed his client has completed a permanent switch to The Hawthorns after initially arriving on loan from Paris Saint Germain.
The 22-year-old combative midfielder impressed after joining in the January transfer window and had to wait for his debut due to a niggling thigh injury. The once capped French Under-21 international went on to make two starts and four appearances from the bench.
“Youssouf has signed for West Brom this morning," Pingisi told skysports.com.
"He has agreed a two-year deal plus another year.
"He is happy to sign for West Brom and is excited about working with Roberto Di Matteo."
