Rickie Lambert marked joining the Baggies with a brace - only hours after signing from Liverpool.
The former England international passed a medical this morning at The Hawthorns after agreeing a two-year deal.
He then joined his new teammates for Albion's final pre-season game against Bristol Rovers. Lambert took only 23 minutes to find the net before Craig Gardner's well placed finish.
Lambert was at it again a minute after the break before Victor Anichebe fired a fourth.
Baggies boss Tony Pulis said it was an easy decision to sign Lambert.
"Rickie is a good, strong, solid player who is a great character, good in the dressing room and good on the pitch," said the Albion head coach.
"We are very pleased to have him on board.
"He's a player of great pedigree and we look forward to integrating him into our squad."
