Darren Moore says Albion's never say die attitude was the reason for the Baggies' last minute winner at QPR.
Albion were level at Rangers before Jake Livermore injury time winner sent Moore's side within a point of the automatic promotion places.
“The goal came so late in the game but it’s better late than never," Moore admitted.
“Credit to the boys because they have shown tremendous spirit.
“Our sheer belief and character within the group has carried us through and got us the three points.
“We certainly had to dig deep. To come here and score three goals and win the game is really pleasing.
“The players have got their just rewards for their effort and energy.
“I’m pleased that the boys were able to continue right to the end. You could feel the energy on the pitch. You could feel that there was going to be one final chance.
“There’s great team spirit and desire here.
“We’ve come a long way as a team and we will continue to work hard.”
