Tony Pulis couldn't resist helping his new side as he watched Albion's 1-1 draw with West Ham.
Pulis watched from the stands at Upton Park despite him not taking official control of the Baggies this morning.
The new Baggies boss saw Albion conceed an early goal but equalised on the stroke of half time through Saido Berahino.
During half time, Pulis then gave his new players some instructions ahead of the second half.
"Tony came in and introduced himself to the players," said caretaker manager Rob Kelly.
"He said a few words and came down to half-time also to speak to the players.
"He had one or two ideas but was very respectful of Dean, Keith and myself to manage the game."
