"I've no regrets and if you look at the likes of Martin Taylor, who came in to replace me at Blues, he's not had much of a look in so that would probably have been me.
"I loved my six years there. It was a big stepping stone in my career.
"I went there as a 21-year-old who not many people had heard of and it was brilliant for me.
"It was a shame I had to leave to get first team football.
"But I also had three operations on my ankle in the last 18 months there so it was just nice to get away and make a fresh start at Albion.
"I'm playing first team football and this is a great club to play for."
