"I've been saying since I was manager of Middlesbrough I cannot understand why there isn't a camera used for penalty decisions that the fourth official can view and decide whether or not it is a penalty," he said after the game.
"Justice would then be done and it would not rile the fans.
"Penalty decisions are so crucial with the stakes are so high and that is why a camera is not used is beyond me.
"It is used in cricket and rugby and you feel justice is done. That is why I get annoyed.
"We dominated most of the game in the second half and deserved the three points, but the officials didn't help us on this occasion.
"But this season there have been more decisions against us than for us. All I know is that we are not getting the breaks.
"It has cost us two points today without a doubt. There is no way we should be sitting in the bottom three after this game."
