"We made an inquiry about Scott Carson at Leeds but that's as far as it has gone," The Baggies boss has said.
"We've been monitoring how the kid has been doing so we just approached Leeds to see what the situation was with him.
"But I've personally not been in touch with anyone at Leeds."
