Albion boss Roy Hodgson is aiming for a Black Country derby double over Wolves this Sunday.
The Hawthorns boss masterminded a 2-0 win earlier in the season and is hoping for another win when Albion travel into Staffordshire this weekend.
Hodgson knows full well the importance of local derbies from his experiences in Milan, London and on Merseyside and hopes to leave Molineux with three points by Sunday lunchtime.
“This will be the fourth game against them in the short time I've been at the club so I'm under no illusions about the importance of the game as far as our fans and their fans are concerned,” he said.
"We'll be doing everything we can this week to prepare for it and hopefully give a good account of ourselves.
"But we know it won't be easy because they're not an easy team to beat at home or away.
"They're very competitive, they work very hard, they know what they're doing and Mick's got them well-drilled.
"So it will really be a question to some extent of how well people play on the day, and that's always the case to some extent as a coach.
"It doesn't matter how good your players are in terms of names on paper, it's about what they actually produce on the field of play during the 90 minutes when it counts.
"Sometimes you know they've got a lot more in them than they've been able to show - but that's football.
"It's the performance on the day that counts."
