Slaven Bilic admitted it felt extra sweet defeating his former side West Ham United in the FA Cup.
The former Hammers star was in charge of West Ham for more than 100 times but was shown the exit door in 2017.
But Bilic got revenge on his former employers yesterday as he watched his Albion side claim a 1-0 win in the Fourth Round on his first return to the London Stadium.
"Every time you come back to a place you have so many good emotions about, of course you want to do well," he told Match of the Day.
"So it is great for us, for me personally and for Dicksy (Julian Dicks).
"Did it feel a bit sweeter to win here? Yes, a bit to be fair, but it is not that I am sour or that I had a point to prove here. I just wanted to win.
"We big-time deserved it. It was a great performance by us - a complete one."
