Spurs Striker Bid Rejected

The Baggies are believed to have tried taking Kanoute on a season long loan deal but having had that offer rejected they tabled a £4.5million bid for the 27-year-old Mali striker.

"We can confirm that we have rejected a bid from West Brom for Fredi Kanoute," a spokesperson for Spurs said.
