Graham Dorrans has completed a transfer to Norwich City for an undisclosed fee - believed to be in the region of £3m.
The midfielder, who has been on loan with the Canaries since February, admitted after the Play Off Final win that he was close to agreeing a permanent move away from The Hawthorns.
"It’s just a case of getting things sorted out over the next couple of days and I’m really looking forward to it. The gaffer has been a breath of fresh air for me and for the rest of the lads," he said.
The former Livingston man added that he enjoyed the first half of the season playing under Alan Irvine. But the arrival of Tony Pulis saw him fall out of favour.
"I’ve worked with some great managers, like Roy Hodgson and Roberto di Matteo. But I’m looking forward to extending this work with the manager and learning from him."
Dorrans, who joined Albion for a bargain £100,000 from Livingston, made more than 150 starts for Albion, including 37 from the bench scoring 25 times.
