Watson: We Were A Bit Panicky

"I think you have to fancy your chances when you are two up and it's been a while since we won a game," the Baggies defender said after the 2-2 draw at Goodison Park.

"Maybe we were a bit panicky. At 2-0 up you have to hope to hold on to your lead.

"We are certainly not saying we are in the position we are in because of decisions but it hasn't helped.

"We had another one today which seemed to be a soft penalty to give away. The gaffer is obviously annoyed it hasn't cost us but it hasn't helped either.

"It is disappointing if you consider we should have played more like that this season, but none of us could have done anything different except give our fans a second away win.

"Maybe if we'd put in a few more performances like today's we would be in a different situation."
